I honestly like Dr. Chaudhury and have been with him 10 years but this annual physical was one of the worst ever. I had a health issue that concerns be a great deal and he was either too rushed or didn't care to ask about it. After continuing to push the point he pushed me off to a specialist. I'm not sure he considered all the options and did no examination for my specific issue.

The doctor really didn't listen to what I was trying to say and didn't really do what he needed to do while I was there but after I got home he sent messages of places he wanted to refer me to and he needed to have done that when I was there

He prefers to see me, then order tests, then review the results, prescribe me medications without discussion, and send me brief declarative messages via MyChart. This may be fine for some patients, but given my health concerns, I need more interaction and participation in my care.

After reviewing blood test results, Dr Chaudhury changed a prescription. No discussion or explanation was offered or given - only a note in MyChart. Email contact is not timely - it can take a full day or more for messages to be seen in both directions. A significant medication change should mandate a live phone call to explain and discuss options and effects and pros and cons of the new medication. This was not done. The prescription was sent to my mail order pharmacy; they filled it without asking me (not really their job - they take orders only from the doctor). I am not pleased with this process.

Dr. Chaudhury was a very great listener. He was very nice, professional and intelligent! I would definitely recommend him to other people!

Dr. Seemed incredibly rushed and while this was a physical appointment, he pretty much asked me just the same questions I had already answered 2 times: once on the check in paperwork in the MyChart portal, again by the nurse before the doctor showed up, and a 3rd time by the doctor. I am not sure why we fill all that paperwork out in Mychart if it's going to be ignored. Again, he was unusually rushed and wasn't in the room more than 5-6 minutes.

Dr Chaudhury is one of the best internist/primary provider in town. He is one of your best Emory doctors. In less than 24 hours, I got my laboratory test results done and Dr Chaudhury reviewed them and sent me his advice as late as 11:42PM and 8:42AM the following day less than 24 hours from my visit. What an amazing doctor! He is so caring, professional, friendly, and courteous!! He truly cares about his patients. He is also great in sanitizing his hands too.Thank you Emory for having Dr Chaudhury and his team: Sandria, Natasha, Ms Faye and Ms Susan, Ms Debbie, Nicole and Katie in the reception desk and Stephanie in the laboratory part of the Emory Healthcare team.

Emory doctors seem to be more concerned with their quantity of patient visits and the quality of the visit has diminished. Always providing a referral and not discussing the reason for it.

Dr. Chaudhury is a very compassionate person and explains care plans, answers my questions very patiently.

As this was a first visit with this provider and an hour long Medicare funded physical, I would have liked the provider to spend 5 minutes getting to know me and me getting to know him, making a personal connection to evaluate him as my primary care provider going forward. That didn't happen. Appointment was more than 1/2 hour late, perhaps that constricted his time. I've had "warmer" nurse or nurse assistants as well.

I told the nurse about a specific concern, but was never able to address this with the doctor. He was pleasant and businesslike, but there was no "any concerns?" part of the exam.

Dr. Chaudhury is attentive and works hard to follow up in a very timely manner. Emory should be happy to have him at the Sugarloaf location.

The visit was pretty short this time. Checked me out and it was done. I didn't have any new issues to discuss.

Again, my physician placed medication prescriptions with out notifying or discussing it with me.

This visit was a 6 month checkup. Would have been nice to do bloodwork prior to coming to this appointment so that I could discuss results in person at the visit

My primary care physician handled me with Care.

Dr. Chaudhury seemed to be in a hurry during my visit and breezed through his questions and my responses. When I brought up concerns about my anxiety about receiving my annual gynecology exam, he merely stressed about the importance of it and it did not feel to me like he was concerned about my anxiety (which I had previously discussed with my psychiatrist about, where she suggested I ask about medication before the exam but I was afraid to mention this to Dr. Chaudhury).
