Dr Hansana was very genuine, tho she wore a mask I could tell she was smiling. Was genuine, informative and had a good sense of humor. Was thorough with checking my veins and lymph from my neck to feet and left side compared to right

Dr Chang is awesome

As I mentioned before, Bina did well. He only forgot (as I did) the detail of washing the wound. As for recommending it, of course I would. But I think this does not apply. I was seen at St Joseph's by the designated (or on-duty) staff, without asking me my preference. I think it's the usual thing and that's how it should be.

I feel that the surgeons trumped the PA with my case. She had urgency and they said no. I will not be returning due to the surgeons not the PA
