3 out of 3! I am new to the Emory Healthcare system and have been totally pleased with the care I received. Drs. Smith-Winfield and Ross have tremendous bedside manner and engender trust and confidence. I will recommend either!

Dr. Ross explained everything and addressed my issues clearly along with the treatment plan that put my family at ease, she was easy to talk to, a professional and an expert in her field. Overall I was quite satisfied with her performance.

Dr. Ross is pleasant and personable interacting kindly and appropriately with me as we discussed my concerns. She is knowledgeable and offered a clear explanation and plan for proceeding treatment. I feel she will continue to work toward finding an appropriate and acceptable solution to my issue as she reviews scan results.

Dr Ross was beyond very good, she is a knowledgeable, concerning, caring professional.

Dr. Ross was amazing from the moment she entered the exam room. She was authentically pleasant, intuitive as she observed, listened and recognized the degree of stress I was experiencing due to the reason for my visit. She almost immediately put me at ease as she explained my condition using a white board which furthered my understanding. She wants the best for me and showed me she cared by her actions. She's already followed up with me the day after, my MRI is scheduled for tomorrow. I more at ease now.

She drained the cyst and and sent me home with a couple weeks appointment

NP was great. Would have preferred to see and speak to my surgeon for follow-up - would have helped to hear answers to questions about the procedure itself and other details only she would know. Plus, Dr. Ross is amazing!

Dr. Ross was outstanding and explained everything in a detail that I could understand. I would have to say one of the most positive experiences I've ever had in the healthcare field. I wish all doctors were of her caliber and personality.

I was well informed to include no hidden agenda's that may have appeared unpleasant. Those factors that the student should be aware of though not flattering, were presented with truth for the purpose making the patient aware of all expectations while being reassured that the best medical care would be administered.

I can't wait to boast about Dr. Ross. Not only did she listen, she ensured my surgery was a success by avoiding excessive scarring. Her bedside manners are impeccable. I wish she could conduct all my surgeries in the future.

In all of my 73 years with doctors, Dr Ashleigh Guinn Ross is by far the best. She is professional, an excellent surgeon. She is also so empathetic and caring in a very genuine way. She made me feel safer going through my cancer journey in her hands. I LOVE her and would recommend her highly to anyone.

I would have liked to talk sooner than a week after my second ER discharge, about the post op complication sighted on the paperwork. The ER staff couldn't explain it at all when given my paperwork.
