Again, things felt really rushed. For the one visit I get a year, I got the Impression that I needed to be in and out. I recognize and take responsibility in brining questions and concerns to discuss to each visit, but also feel like there should be ownership on the doctor to ask probing questions that I as a patient might not think of. For example: I wasn't asked about prescription refills and didn't consider it until I had already left. In fact, there was no discussion of my current medications.

Dr. Mark is a good listener, and is very informative with any questions that I have. She always make sure to refill my prescriptions.

Dr. Aparna Mark is an exceptional doctor, who demonstrates genuine concern for my health and wellbeing. She asks thoughtful questions about the possible resolution of any past health problems I've had and any concerns that I have about current health problems. In addition, she clearly explains the reasons she is ordering any lab work or other tests, then later follows up with a written message about the results of those tests.

Dr Mark explained everything in detail - her opinion and what she thinks is the next best move for my health. Very thorough. Thanks.

I was super happy to have this appointment with Dr. Mark. She came in to the room and relaxed and took her time exploring my needs and questions from the get go. We chatted about Dr. Marchal's method of care and she is showing the same concentrated, kind, informational care that he gave. I was so sorry to see him leave, but am now very glad that he was instrumental in choosing Dr. Mark as his replacement. She was great. So great. She has a wonderful chairside manner and answered all my questions and educated me on my DVT/Eliquis experience and what to expect at this stage of my life.

Dr. Mark admitted not knowing much about a potential differential diagnosis and said she would need to read up on it. It would be nice to know that she did follow through on this to better direct my care, depending on testing outcomes.

Dr Mark is a model primary care physician. Her knowledge, empathy and interpersonal skills are top of the line. And I've had a few PCP's so far.

I was very satisfied with doctor patiently listening to my concerns. She clearly understands me. I don't like that long term problems are not resolved. Right after appointment, I was pleased that after I had been complaining about treatment for 2 years that it seemed the doctor was finally would consider trying a different prescription. But 6 days since my visit, I have not seen any followup to that. The after-visit plan is exactly the same as before and states for me to continue with the same drugs which are causing harmful side effects which put me on the verge of stopping use of prescriptions altogether.

I was very frustrated to see that my provider added a mental health diagnosis to my medical record after the visit, in response to my frustration about my symptoms. This is inappropriate and not an evidence-based approach to diagnosing mental health conditions. It absolutely ruptured our rapport.

I have recommended Dr. Mark to a few friends. I find her to be attentive, knowledgeable, thorough and interested in me. My appointment was a great experience!
