I had a great experience with my doctor. He addressed everything that was going on with me. He took his time, ordered the tests he had concerned about. Labs was ordered for me. Once the results was back I received a call next morning in reference to my results. I was very satisfied with my visits! Dr. Ukaonu is a great doctor!!!!

I was so impressed with him that I had an experience where I needed a virtual doctor and because I saw his last name chose that doctor to find out it was his wife. I think a patient should be asked if it is ok for a Resident to join the visit before the Resident comes in. This was the first time I was not asked ahead of time.

Dr. Ukaonu is an exceptional Primary Care Physician. He is very patient and thorough. He asked about many things, including all my vaccinations, etc. He searched my record and determined that I had not had the latest pneumonia vaccine. Instead of referring me to my local pharmacy, he had his nurse give me the injection before I left. My spouse and I appreciate him very much.

I would like Dr. Ukaonu to consult with my other doctors about my care and concerns. I'd like for them all to be on the same page when it comes to my health. They need to communicate with each other regarding any questions or concerns they all have with my healthcare. All doctors need to do this for all of their patients with all care concerns for their patients.

Care provider wanted to drop me from service due to smoking marijuana 4 months ago. He gave me an ultimatum to stop smoking or find a new provider for my Concerta prescription. I have no problem with not smoking, however waiting 3-4 months for a follow up to get a 30 day prescription didnt help me and gave me no reason to not smoke at the time. He didnt drug test me during the visit, he entered the room and said he wasnt going to write me anymore prescriptions after this one. Also at the end of the visit he didnt conclude the conversation or tell me anything else, he just walked out without a word. So im not sure if I need to find a new provider or not.

Excellent Dr..who is concerned about my health

Dr. Woods was my doctor for many years, but he retired. I feel like my medical records are not all where they need to be. I've had A hospital visit, a colonoscopy, mammogram, and other appointments that are not in my current record for my physician to see. I think Emory needs to do a better job of having all of patient records And one location.

Dr and his med student was great. Very attentive. Dr. U Is always concern and take his time with you. Explain everything well. Providers there are great from 2016 to present. He is the reason I am still at Emory. I say that due to the non communication of nurses and him not getting messages.
