Dr. Cruz talks so very fast while giving so many options. It was confusing as to what was the best option for me so I had to decide.

The provider did not show enough care or perhaps professionalism. I expected her to look at my knee or perhaps feel it. None of that. I felt that perhaps she thought she knew enough and did not need to know more. This was the first time I see a provider with an ailment and the provider did not make an effort to look at the part of the ailment( or pain) or touch it. This was strange.

I would have a better opinion if both providers had examined me to determine the ROM of the affected areas. However this was not done. Merely spoke of what pained me, options available. Not sure if it was due to my being a senior pt or if this is the practice of utilizing the amt of time effectively for getting pts out the door & on to the nx pt. Felt like I was rushed . Would not recommend anyone with serious orthopedic issues to be seen at this location

Dr.Cruz invested much time care in reviewing my MRI and helping me formulate the next step to take in my treatment plan. Moreover, she reviewed the pros and cons of surgery vs.non-surgical options. The only reason I selected all "Very Good" in all categories is because you don't offer VERY, VERY GOOD.

Both Resident and overseeing Doctor were excellent in their work with me. The only thing I would have liked to know (but didn't think to ask at the time) is why an MRI or sonigram would not have been helpful. It didn't come up.

Dr. Cruz did the televisit with me from what looked like her home. She seemed in a hurry and I felt very rushed. We lost connection and she had to log back in. This is the first time in two years that I've had a unprofessional experience with a doctor at Emory.

I was given injections in both knees and 2 prescriptions were called in to my pharmacy. It was explained clearly what to expect with the medication and what medication to discontinue taking as well.
