I can not say enough GREAT things about Dr. Van Wei I had messaged her with a concern, she responded and was able to get me an appointment the next morning. During the exam she spent a lot of time explaining what was happening, why it was happening, what to expect in the future. She also explained what she wanted me to look out for in the future and If these particular Items happened to call the emergency help line. I feel like I am much better educated than I was going Into the exam.

Dr Van Wie and all of her staff were just fantastic and I really appreciated that she and my Glaucoma doctor work so closely. I really felt like I had a team.

I didn't need any eye treatment. Healthy vision. No problem with eye pressure or any other condition.

The visit was rushed, with the laptop in hand; no attempt was made to escort me out of the room. I was still gathering my personal items when the provider was standing at the door with the other patient, so the room was not sanitized between visits

Again, given time constraints brought on by understaffing of doctors and overwhelming amount of patients, my time with my doctor always feels extremely rushed. And I routinely forget instructions as a result. And trying to contact my doctor is nonexistent. My care is wonderful in spite of all of this. But things need to be improved.

She is always thorough, patient, and willing to answer any questions or address any concerns I have.
