Care providers treated me like a generic patient with little concern about my particular condition prior to planning this test. I have a condition which prevents me from running on a treadmill. This test was totally inappropriate for me. I contacted 3 people in this clinic prior to the test and informed them about my concerns. They assured me that the test would not be too difficult-which turned out to be false!I think this group was more concerned about being able to bill for this procedure!

He involved me in the decision making as to how we would move forward. I'm looking forward to working with him as we investigate the issue with further testing. I hope there's nothing wrong with my heart but if there's an issue, I feel reassured that I've chosen the right cardiologist to handle it.

Dr Bhargava has been an excellent resource for me as when I came to Emory a year ago I was not regularly having medical checkups and did not have a relationship with any general physician. Dr. Bhargava was able to work with me on a plan to get my blood pressure down (the plan we developed was extremely successful and I was able to get my BP under control and lose 30 lbs). I trust and rely on Dr. Bhargava's judgement.
