I have already recommended Dr. Amalean to my daughter who is seeking a family practice physician. This provider may be bound by the same time constraints as other Emory physicians, but she does not appear distracted or try to rush the visit. The questions she asked, the confirmation she gave for the home remedies I had tried before seeking medical assistance, and the next steps she suggested all demonstrated a commitment to my recovery. This was by far the best experience I have had with Emory Healthcare. I shared in my family group chat, which includes my mother who is a retired family practice MD, that this visit restored my hope for medicine!
