The exam was very hurried. I feel like a widget on an assembly line. It happened so fast that I can barely remember the exam, and there was no time to ask questions. This is not a complaint about the doctor; it is a complaint about your system. I have been seeing this doctor since just before Emory took over another provider, and this gets worse every year. I suspect there are quotas and productivity pressures from above.

Excellent experience. She was very thorough - being sure to rule out some of my/her concerns.

I couldn't believe what I had to go through to get a good prescription for my uti. The fist one said it had not been completely researched for the elderly. The side effects were awful, including death.

My doctor listens and address any concerns that I discuss with her.

My experience with the care, provider, Dr. Juliao, Andrea Palmer was already stated. She was impersonal and seemingly indifferent to my questions and requests. Her concentration was putting info into the computer having little or no face-to-face and eye contacts with me.

The appointment felt rushed. After waiting for an hour, I hot maybe 15 minutes with the doctor. I miss the days when you'd have the physical exam and then get dressed to go talk to the doctor in their office.

Dr. Juliao was very thorough in this exam. She explained what she was doing, and when she heard something irregular (abdominal bruit), she took time to explain what she was doing; what the implications could be, and she also explained the ultrasound. She did all this in a confident, common sense way so I left not being worried but feeling good that she had been so thorough. (The ultrasound revealed no AAA.)

Great chairside.Very knowledgeable a great doctor.

They listened to my concerns, asked relevant medical questions, gave me a chewable aspirin that I requested, took my BP and temperature, gave me an EKG, etc., and stated that It did not seem I was having a heart attack. However, as I had experienced a major heart attack several years previously, I asked that they call an ambulance which they did. I was kept under observation until the ambulance arrived.

I don't recommend doctors.

Very nice visit

This was my first visit with this provider. While I liked her, I don't feel I know enough to recommend her to others. I waited at least 45 minutes from the time I was told to arrive, and after talking to the person next to me found this person was scheduled for the exact same time.

I respect my primary caregiver, but she doesn't seem to understand why I need a handicap parking permit. I have two conditions, one heart and one ambulatory that should qualify me for the handicap permit. I don't have any opportunity to recommend a primary doctor.

My doctor was very nice and she was very patient to listen to all my questions and provided solutions.
