Andrea was fantastic. I had a bone marrow biopsy. She walked me through it step by step, let me listen to the drill before using it and afterward spoke with me and my regarding follow-up. I had brief minor pain during the biopsy and ZERO pain afterward. I didn't need to take a Tylenol. She is superb.

She was late for the scheduled video visit and had to read my chart during the visit. I believe it would have been more efficient and beneficial if she had taken the time to review my medical history before joining the video call.

Nothing against other providers, but you provider was the best online appointment I have had.
