My goal is to have a nonjudgmental space for my patients to open up and share with me their health concerns. I want to work together with my patients in forming cohesive treatment plans and educating them about their health. My focus is also on preventive medicine through behavioral and lifestyle changes.
How I stay healthy and happy
To stay centered, I spend time with my family, cook/bake, hike and travel.
