Ms Klosky, PA, is an excellent provider. She is not robotic, listens and genuinely cares. Emory is very fortunate to have her on their team.

I live my care that I'm receiving at Emory but regarding my pain, I didn't felt like I was believed. I understand the concerns about Uber addiction in the country, but it should be on a case by case basis. I'm 56 I have diabetes and according to my MRI I had a massive tear. My pain level is probably gonna be greater than others. I'm probably gonna need more medication than a weeks worth when explaining this to the PA I didn't feel like I was believed and she gave me the standard of care that they provide. I was given more medication at the end, but it will came with some scolding..

Amanda NP warned me about the temporary pain I would endure, and she didn't judge me for the BEEP-BEEP language I used to express my pain LOL

In a society where electronics can get in the way of expressing personable, non-robotic, interactions, NP Amanda manages to make me feel like we are having a warm, non-clinical conversation. What used to be bedside manner is now extended to "device-inclusive manner" (that's a Nurse Tresha term LOL), and Amanda manages to make the device disappear while the interaction is intact.

I was informed on items I hadn't even thought about. I highly recommend this provider.

I was pleased with her knowledge and ability to explain clearly. She answered all of my questions and concerns. I had a much better understanding with her explanations and answers.

I was told by Amanda to wait in the room when she left because she said she was coming back with a hard copy of the physical therapy order. I waited and waited. During my wait I did some work on my iPad since I had a busy schedule and had lots to do as usual. After about 30 minutes of waiting for her to return with the physical therapy info I got up, walked down the hall to find someone who could tell me when Amanda would be back in the room. The person I found was at a desk with other workers. She was kind enough to answer my question about Amanda's whereabouts. She said Amanda and her team had gone to lunch. The lady stopped what she was doing, found the information Amanda said she would give me and gave it to me. I could not believe Amanda just left me stranded. I felt a lack of concern on behalf of the provider. That has never happened to me at an Emory facility. I suffer from severe anxiety; I was feeling very mistreated by the provider because she just forgot about me.

My experience with Emory was awesome. I have no complaints. People is very nice. They took care of me quickly so I have no problems with them.

I am very pleased with the service and care received and will definitely consider Emory for future healthcare concerns

Very attentive to my concerns

Dr. Klosky is excellent and communicates well. She literally discussed my x-rays by pointing out the exact locations on my wrist/hand and going back to the images to cross reference. This back-n-forth offered such clarity and I loved learning the correct terms for the bones in my wrist/hands. She was so thorough and kind. She genuinely cares and I perceived that she cared!

Experiencing an existing problem with my right shoulder and encountered a new problem with my back during this care I am under with NP Klosky.So this televisit was about trying to manage my treatment with the shouldered dealing with my new back experience. This has nothing to do with PA Klosky, but why did Emory tell me that once I switch to Klosky (in Gottschalk's office) I can never again request my initial orthopedist, Dr. Jayaram? I only "switched" to Klosky when they told me Jayaram only practices fromJohns Creek now-and intown is much more convenient for me. The irony in all this is that because Ortho Drive could not give me an injection appointment any time in the next 2 weeks-and I am in significant pain-I said I would drive to John's Creek and they assigned me right back to Dr. Jayaram! Whatever.
