She always knows the answer to a question, or is quick to say "I don't know, but let's find out real quick" As a patient she puts you at ease and makes you confident you are getting the best care possible

Nurse Practitioner Alysa Zellner saw me immediately after my CT Scan. I had a list of questions but before I got to ask any of them she almost knew or read my mind because she was giving me the results of the scan and what they meant, especially given my possible genetic challenges. The thing I love about Nurse Practitioners is that they come from a nursing background and treat you as a whole, not just the specific thing you came in for. I saw Dr. Leshnower a few months back and he was just as informative, again feels like they know what you are worried about and proceed from there. You just can't beat Emory..

I consider myself very fortunate to have been able to retain medical care provided by Alysa for all these years.

Provider gave me results from the heart test. Doctor who works with her had sent me to her to examine a lump on the left side of my left lower leg. Nurse looked at it, did not take its pulse as doctor had requested, but told me to see my primary care doctor.l

Alysa is an excellent provider. She is very knowledgeable and is prepared to answer questions. It's easy to see she cares about her patients.

There was nothing negative. Alysa, the nurse navigator is smart, a good listener, NOT condescending and seems to analyze adjacent or related testing. She does not seem to have the attitude of MANY of the specialists that your other problems are not their specialty and therefore ignore you as an overall person. That characteristic of others is hurtful - Alysa is different in a positive manner!
