Dr. Vakili not only addressed my cardiology problems, but he looked at my overall health and answered questions about my lab report I brought from my primary care physician also. Both times when I have seen him, I was always able to remember all of my questions because he never made me feel rushed like so many doctors do. I feel like Dr. Vakili Is an extremely qualified, conscientious doctor. I do not like driving to Emory Midtown because of all the traffic, but I will definitely continue to do so in order to see him.

Dr. Vakili is very detailed oriented and orders thorough testing to examine problems and follow ups. Very quick to respond to test results and always explains in easy to understand terminology. I'm so impressed with his expertise and professionalism in my more rarer type of heart problem. So glad my cardiologist recommended Dr.Vakili for his area of expertise.

I think this is possibly one of the best doctors I've ever seen. He was really interested in what I had to say. He explained everything very well talked through the options and make sure that I was in agreement with the course of action.

Dr Vakili took a lot of time asking questions and explaining test results as well as future procedures. My only complaint is that after visits with him I don't see the visit summaries. I am a big fan of MyChart. I use it & reference it when I need to review my records.

My physician was absolutely amazing. The absolute prototype of serving patients with excellence. I can only hope and pray that any provider I come in contact with is half as patient, attentive, understanding, and professional as he was. I pray GOD blesses him and his practice. Best bedside manner I've been around in a long time....and Im a nurse. He should be recognized for finding a way to treat people like the fragile, vulnerable humans we are. Great job!!!!!

Dr Vakili listened to my questions and concerns and answered and explained the treatment options and included me in the decisions of care. He also showed me the images of my heart on his computer and explained the treatment recommended.

Dr Vakili is the best doctor I have seen during the past 7 months of not being well, and I have seen numerous doctors. He is the only doctor that has talked to and treated me like a person, and the only doctor I have seen during my journey to figure out what is wrong, that has acted like he cares and wants to help me. Every doctor needs to learn from Dr. Vakili, and how to treat their patients. He is very caring, very helpful, and you can tell he chose to be a doctor for the right reasons, to actually try and help his patients.

Dr. Vakili takes time to really listen. He explains tests & procedures in terms we can understand. He even drew diagrams to explain heart functions so we could better understand what was happening. My husband was so impressed with Dr. Vakili that he left his long time cardiologist to become a patient of his.

I expected to be anxious and overwhelmed with the seeming seriousness of my appointment but his calm demeanor upon entering the room IMMEDIATELY let me know that fear was not necessary and that I'd be cared for and treated in the best way possible.
