Dr. Dixit my pulmonary doctor was very professional. I needed oxygen due to drip in my pulse ox. I had 3 liters while having the PFT but when time to wait for CT chest I was initially told I could not continue to use the portable tank due to risk to hospital but Dr Dixit wanted me to keep the Oxygen on until test completed. My portable was in the car and I had Valet parked the car. But once the staff discussed with the doctor they brought the tank back to reception area I was placed back on Oxygen and transportation was called. Thank you staff for doing what was best for me the patient.

My first meeting with Dr. Dixit. He was very thorough, knowledgeable about my health status, and conveyed care, comfort, and competence.

Dr Dixit is one of the finest physicians I have ever met. Although this was our first session, he had obviously studied my medical history and knew it well. He was perceptive, kind and a brilliant diagnostician. He explained everything thoroughly, including the need for xray and lab work. I have gone to other pulmonologists, but Dr Dixit is in a class by himself. I am fortunate indeed to be his patient.

I was a nurse at Emory for 44 years & have always had wonderful doctors in the Clinic who were my own physicians. But, I just want everyone there to know what a truly gifted doctor Dr Dixit is. I have several friends who are retired healthcare people, who are his patients. We all think he should be a Primary Care Physician. He is indeed, very specialbut very modest.

It's hard to explain. However I didn't feel a connection to the care provider. The visit felt mechanical unlike my experience with other Emory Providers. For example the provider did not introduce himself upon entering the room. I had to quickly read his badge to know he was the provider. However I am confident the provider was a fine and knowledgeable doctor which I guess is more important.

He made several changes to my care plan and was very careful to make sure I understood and agreed with the plan.

Dixit has not taken the time to thoroughly look at lab work despite numerous abnormalities identified.

Already did recommend it to others; sometimes in life we get the luck of interacting with a specialist, and this was the case for me this time. I was impressed by the Doctor, he did careful research on my condition, did measurements, and based on the results took a careful cure decision. This contrasts with regular care where my concerns simply get dismissed by "yeah, that's normal".

Dr. Drexit is wonderful! My wife and I agreed we have never been treated with such caring and knowledgeable experience. He spent a great deal of time understanding what we were dealing with medically and then establish a series of tests to be completed to provide more clarity. Next would be a follow up to provide a plan of action treatment in 8-10 weeks. We still are working to get that appointment confirmed. We have all the confidence in the world we have a doctor able and willing to provide us quality care.

Dr Dixit is a very nice man, however, he is extremely quiet almost to the point of being shy? It makes it a little harder to talk to him. If you're looking for a doctor that is easy to talk to and makes you feel like you can ask him anything, I would not recommend him. But I do feel confident in his medical care.

Dr.Dixit is very nice and I was very informed of my treatment

Despite all of my ongoing signs, symptoms, concerns, he literally documented none of them. His charting was even contradictory. He did not even bother to enter my reports of ongoing fatigue and shortness of breath that not only require a rescue inhaler, but I have to sit still for 10-20 minutes for the episode to pass entirely. He attributed my issues to my mental health, which in itself is infuriating. The kicker was him stating all of "my numbers looking good". That continues to be a problem in medicine, providers looking at numbers and not listening to the patient's concerns.
