I wish I could have checked a "10" on these days. I had what I think of as the ideal appointment with a doctor. Dr. Klein greeted me as he walked in, friendly, and seemed genuinely concerned about my issue. We talked in depth about past efforts, doctors, and medications that have tried to address my cough without success. After that discussion, Dr. Klein walked over to a chair and sat quietly as he considered my best course of treatment. (I loved when he did that - made so much sense!). We then proposed a new course of treatment that he thought would be beneficial to try. He explained things so clearly, answered my many questions very patiently, and it goes without saying that he really knows his stuff. He was kind and caring. I wish all doctor appointments could be like my appt with Dr Klein on Tuesday. I came of the room feeling very good about our discussion and pursuing the plan Dr. Klein had proposed. Thank you!

This issue (cough) has lasted for over a year. We finally felt listened to at this appointment. We have been to multiple doctors about this and no one has taken it seriously as a health or significant quality of life issue. The nurse and Dr Klein were really great and we are so thankful to now have hope about treating this problem.

Katie, voice therapist, answered all questions that she could and explained things I asked about. Was very gentle when she knew I had a previously bad experience at another medical facility with tube going down my nose and into my throat. She kept checking to make sure I was OK and right up front complied to my request to use a pediatric tube. Dr. Klein was friendly, polite, professional, and happy to answer my questions & to allow me to record instructions or answers I thought I might not remember completely. That was very helpful.

Dr. Klein is probably one of the most knowledgeable and personable specialty doctors I have been under the care of. He is witty and makes me and my wife feel cared for while there for my appointments.

It took Dr. Klein a bit more time than usual to find the right spot for the poison injections, but he was very calm throughout.
