He explained the medical procedures in layman's terms, which was very much appreciated. He was efficient, yet generous, with his time, never making me feel rushed. The visit was so quick and the decision to remove his stents happened in the blink of an eye. I didn't have time to ask questions, get clear reasoning and express concerns before the removal was over. I also didn't get any after care information from the doctor or the nurse.
