Dr Murugappan is one of the good ones. Attentive, thorough, and personable, we along through my to-dos for the appointment. She sent along my prescription right then. She has already followed up with me through the portal about another question. She *sees* me and she's focused and we get stuff done in our 15 minute window.

Received conflicting information regarding: osteoporosis activities vs other medical specialtists - a bit confusing as a patient but seems this is an understudied field

This was my first time visiting a PT so I don't have a basis for comparing, but I did not leave feeing l had a very clear diagnosis of my condition. It was "well it doesn't seem very serious, we could get an MRI or refer you to PT."

Yes my doctor was very helpful in explaining to me about my injury and sensitivity to my pain. She'd immediately referred me to follow up with PT to assist with my pain management. She was friendly and patient with me. I didn't feel rushed or anxious it was a very good experience. I've already scheduled my next appointment with her.

I don't have the medicine that she was supposed to send to the pharmacy

Dr.Rumugappan has devised a very effective treatment plan for me and helping to motivate me to try to achieve attainable goals that hopefully will help me restore a higher level of functioning and quality of life. Moreover, I believe she is giving me valid reasons to be hopeful again. Dr.Murugappan provides both an excellent knowledge base and bedside manner. She is awesome!!

I think I kind of talked about this at the beginning.

Dr Murugappan seems very caring and knowledgeable. She spent a good deal of time with me and suggested multiple options for my hip/back issue.

Dr. M was very easy to talk to and explained my x-rays in a way I understood and explained my options.

Dr. Marougappan was one of the most pleasant physicians I have ever encountered. She is knowledgeable, attentive to my concerns , and effective in her recommendations. My two-year problem with osteoarthritis has been resolved to a point of comfort and function that will not require further attention.
