If exceptional was an option, I would have selected that! Dr. Moody was kind, thoughtful, and thoroughly explained what the test results Indicated. She thoughtfully weighed the options and discussed them with me. She Imcuded me In the decision making. She treated me like an intelligent patient vs assuming I wouldn't understand any of the medical terms and concepts (leaving it a mystery).

Vivienne is such a wonderful clinician. She has approached my problem systematically and comprehensively, working to identify an underlying cause while also being mindful of long-term side effects from treatment. She talks through the logic and is empathetic. We still haven't figured out the cause but I feel so much better having Vivienne on my side to help figure out next steps.

I was so happy to see and hear how the PA communicated with me in layman's terms about the importance of my health. Very engaged with my questions. Totally Worth The Time for my own personal health care. She basically dotted the I's and crossed the T's. Something I have yet to experience in the last several years.

Provider is over extended and doesn't respond in a timely manner.

PA Moody was very professional, informative. She even arrived at my video appt early because, since my appt was made on short notice all of my records were not yet available to her so she realized that she would like to be able to spend extra time with me. It was obvious that she wanted to be sure that I am able to see the correct provider for my circumstances. She very quickly Arranged for me to schedule a test and to schedule an appt with Dr. Jain.

Vivienne is such a great clinician. She really is working hard to address my problem and is pursuing multiple avenues in parallel. I left with next steps to take on my own, a prescription and a change to my upcoming colonoscopy to get more data. Vivienne really worked with all the information available to figure out what is going on. I felt like I had a partner helping me. I wish she were my PCP, honestly.

PA Moody answered every question, told me what to look for if I were improving or getting worse and next steps if the treatment did not work. What really impressed me was that PA Moody called me after my appointment to advise me to discontinue a magnesium supplement. She also promptly added notes regarding my lab results. Such a great experience.
