I mentioned most of it in the past comments but one thing I did like was the resident who did my left side wisdom teeth extraction did explain to me why my right side chin was still numb if my right wisdom teeth extraction was way back in august.

I have had an excellent experience with Dr. Roser and Dr. Lantz. Together they made me feel confident with my results so far, Dr. Lantz went out of her way to provide me copies of my before and after x-rays, and Dr. Roser answered a list of questions I prepared for him with very helpful feedback.

My Appointment was scheduled for the wrong procedure which was for a shorter time however Dr Roser was able to fit me in his schedule to have my procedure done so that I would not have to reschedule for another day

Dr, Roser was polite, and asked how he could help me. He did a cone CT to see if there was any infection. I had ongoing pain for 6 months before my appointment due to root canal infections even after extractions, and was thinking the worst case and horrible things that could happen like loosing all my teeth, and jaw tissue leading to deformity. I had so much anxiety. Dr. Roser listened, and was understanding. I was so happy to see that he didn't see anything on the CT. I left on a good note. I was pleased that he did the test for me that eased my mind. I felt comfortable with him. I would come back again to see him if I had to.

Roser came in with 2 orthodontist shadows. I felt like it was more a explanation for them then checking in with me, which is fine. He did say he would check the X-ray but then he never came back and Dr. Anthony came instead. Overall, my concerns were not addressed and it was frustrating because Roser is the one who knows my case.

Dr. Roser was incredibly helpful, informative and patient with my many questions!

I very highly recommend Dr. Roser, but now I've had two horrible experiences in regards to waiting and I'm not sure that I would recommend this clinic. I'd warn someone of the amount of time they will spend waiting.

I'm comfortable with this doctor and clinic. But I wouldn't recommend this provider tp others if they have to wait 6-12 months just to get seen!

Dr. Rosner bedside manner are great . And his team have been exceptional. Now that I've had some time to reflect on the procedure, I do have my fears and a few questions. Given the complexity of the process, I trust them to continue their excellent work.

Dr Roser is truly a top notch doctor. Through the years I've come to the clinic I never doubted I was receiving the best care possible. He is kind and compassionate and truly has his patients best interests at heart. The treatment plan for the next step in the process was explained in detail and has prepared me for what to expect, which eased my fears a great deal.

My care provider Dr. Roser, consistently made me feel involved in decisions about my care. He listened to my concerns and encouraged me to ask questions. Dr. Roser and staff explained my treatment options clearly, I appreciate all efforts made.

There is no way I never felt so alone and locked up in a room for hours before.

No other oral surgeon will see me in my area and the last one, when he released me, told me Dr. Roser was the only one that could help me. I am thankful I have Emory.

I had many care providers. They were really all just great. They listened, answered my questions, and discussed my plans to the degree which I had asked. They may have volunteered less if I had not asked more questions, but when I d did ask, they told me everything I needed to know to feel confident about my care.

I'd recommend Dr Roser with the hesitations being the phone calls, scheduling visits and scheduling the surgery the wait time. These things are always bad. Terrible. And I've worked in healthcare for 25 years. My son's surgery date had been moved and nobody called me. Just stuff like that. But your clinic staff is great.

Dr. Roser is the very best doctor we have ever met. He is highly knowledgeable, very caring, and respectful of his patients. He is a blessing to Emory University and all the doctors who he is training. He takes his time to answer any questions we have after a very thorough examination. Because he is the best, we don't mind waiting longer in the waiting room for his expertise and amazing patient care. Dr. Ray did an excellent job for a resident, too.

Post surgical questions should be standardized.

I left the appointment feeling hopeful and confident that my long term issue could finally be resolved after a few next steps. This was due to the care and explanations of the staff and doctor.

DrRosen and his assistant were amazing. They listened, were knowledgeable and gave me accurate information. I hadcseen 3 dentists prior at my own dentist who were the opposite

Was disappointed that neither the resident or attending that discussed the procedure for the consult were present for my procedure. A new resident was there but I had not met this one and was not expecting a different provider.

The resident who performed the surgery was fantastic. I have serious dental anxiety, and she went out of her way to reassure me and explain what she was doing throughout the process. If I had to have oral surgery, I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I had a bit of a panic attack while I was getting all the details by who ever was going over what all entailed in my procedure. I mentioned I was squeamish and my blood pressure went up and the nurse gave me something to calm me down. She was very kind.
