Dr. Smith is exceptional as a physician and a most delightful person.

Dr Smith seemed very rushed. In my opinion, she seemed agitated for some reason. My actual time with the doctor for the appt was about 10 minutes. When asking about my concerns for my weight gain and trying to lose, she said "I'm not trained in that, you need to call your primary doctor." Which I understand it may not be what she handles, but just little concern or empathy was shown.

Dr. Smith is very direct and forthcoming with information. Really appreciate her communication style and guidance.

I love Dr. Smith and she was very attentive to my meds and concerns. My only suggestion would be to walk through every step of the procedure with patients, because o thought I understood everything but there were some things I did not. For example, I didn't know there was epinephrine in the numbing shot and I panicked a bit when my heart started racing.

My sister has started seeing Dr. Smith after years of getting treated like her issues are the same as everyone and not being listened to when it came to her personal health. After seeing Dr. Smith she feels like she has a good plan to proceed with medical procedures and felt comfortable discussing her future fertility and possible complications and it has significantly improved her outlook on her personal health. Thanks to Dr. Smith she feels like she finally has a plan that she feels good about. We love Dr. Smith and while I know she deserves retirement one day, I am very glad that she is able to teach and mentor future doctors to treat people as she does. She is a rare gem that we are lucky to have been introduced to by Dr. Mary Dolan.

Dr. Smith was very knowledgable regarding my fibromuscular dysplasia and how hormones play a role - needing caution for my situation. She was very explanatory and made sure I didn't have any questions. I was very Impressed with my first visit with this provider.

I am an established patient with Emory but not with her. It was our first visit and it was like we were doing a follow up. She changed my prescription which I wanted and told me what to expect but I didn't feel cared for. I was seen and treated. I got what I needed. No complaints there but that has not been the experience that I had with my other GYN or NP. Maybe more eye contact. More questions about my experience with my body ( menopause). Maybe just more curious about me and how I was feeling. How I want to feel. I would have liked more options about the medications available to me. The rapport or caring piece just didn't land for me. She actually made the decision and said wouldn't that be great. Even if she had walked me through her decision tree, I would have felt better. That came from not knowing me well. I'm tracking when I am at the doctor's or at least I want to.

Dr. Smith is very knowledgeable and confident. Remarkable in charge. Show and express outstanding leadership and showmanship. Top lead scholar.

Dr. Smith always listens well. When two different BP machines gave odd results and I mentioned it to her, she got her cuff and stethoscope and took my BP herself to give me a reasonable reading.

Receiving a cold email stating your PAP results were abnormal but the advice is to repeat the test in three years seems bizarre to a layperson like me who's never had abnormal results before. I would appreciate a better sense of concern and caring, understanding that this sounds scary and like maybe we're just going to let cancer grow for three years before checking again.

One of the best, thorough and efficient visit I have had at Emory Healthcare. It was amazing.

I can't speak highly enough of my first visit with this provider. I've had tough experiences with other OB/GYNs and this provider is the best experience I've had in my entire adult life with an OB/GYN provider. I feel like I got informed thoughtful care and was able to feel safer and trust the provider by the time the appointment wrapped.

I haven't ever done an online review before, but I really wanted to for Dr. Smith. I was so incredibly nervous going for this visit. She made me feel comfortable and walked me through the procedure. She actually had an eye contact conversation with me afterwards, was completely attentive and only focused on our discussion. She also clearly let me know what to anticipate next, and have even sent a followup to my primary by the time I got in my car.

She took a lot of time to explain the procedure, which included showing me pictures and spending a lot of time answering my many questions.
