Raghuveer K. Halkar, MD

A board certified nuclear medicine physician, Raghuveer K. Halkar, MD, has clinical expertise in thyroid cancer and neuroendocrine tumor management. Dr. Halkar’s area of research interest is imaging and therapy with radio-labeled folate. He serves as the Director of Nuclear Radiology at Grady Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Halkar serves on the board of directors of the Intersocietal Accreditation Committee and as a grant reviewer for Department of Defense and National Institutes of Health study sections.
