Dr.Lane is Wonderful,very kind,listens and explains well..Altough I was in pain it was a very comfortable experience

When I left, I had no clue what to do next. Went to My Chart and expressed what I want treated first. Still hanging wondering what to do next.

I tell everyone that Emory is the only place I've ever gotten help and the only place I will ever go now.

I have conflicting feelings about this main care provider . I am losing confidence in her ability to help me since I have been experiencing many problems lately with my spinal stimulator. Sometimes I am hopeful after I meet with this provider and she listens well - but the follow up is not what I feel it ought to be . There have been no responses sent back on my chart. I'm very confused . Was very sweet in our visit - but not big on alternatives.

Dr Lane paid close attention to my concerns about my cardiac-related problems being handled by another specialist and how the schedule for low back pain treatment is impacted. She agreed with my recommendation for an interim treatment program and signed the order.

Dr. Lane listened to my concerns and made several suggestions.

Appointment itself was good, but I received no after care report, notes, and my medications were never called in or added to mychart after a full week. No response to message 4 days later either.

Dr. Sok and Dr. Lane showed great compassion for me and did a great job explaining my condition, the treatment and in answering my questions.

Dr. Lane was well prepared for my visit. She read the clinic notes previously entered by Dr. Garcia and discussed my options for follow on treatment for back pain.

Dr. Did not have a good grasp of my case. Seemed confused as to why I was referred to her. Did prescribe gel for pain (ineffective) ignored request for tens unit referred me to hand doctor for surgery.

Love Dr. Lane. Always listens to my concerns and addresses as needed. I appreciate her honesty and feedback as well as her care she has always gave me.
