Meredith needs an extra category for some of these that's a "6 for Superior." I was so impressed that with an appt made only 18 hours ahead of time, she had reviewed my messages and photos I sent with PCP and also took the time to see that I had a head CT abt 6 months ago and she reviewed it for any abnormal structural concerns that might be contributing to my issues. She listened thoroughly, made me feel fully heard, educated me on what was going on, talked through the scope and was showing up, how to treat it, et.al. On top of it, she was so kind, knowledgeable, and relatable I was at ease in her care and left feeling relieved that there was a plan, and she has my back if I need to return for a follow-up. Couldn't speak more highly of her.

The expectations, I was expecting from the beginning were finally met. After dealing with my sinus issues and this being my 5th surgery ; my knowledge of the issues I were dealing with has grown and I knew that I needed more than just sinus rinses. I needed surgery.

During the exam, I asked if she was going to spray my sinus cavity to numb it. She said no since it would only take 10 seconds to do the exam. The procedure is uncomfortable. Having a tube going down your nose.

Great care and follow up. Always was able to communicate well with my doctor or PA thru My Chart portal.

Nothing in my opinion is good about naving to go to the hospital. Of course it's good after your appointments because it should take awav situations that are issued.
