Dr. Pollack was informed on my case before entering the room. He took careful time with me despite being behind schedule (again, someone else had overbooked his appointments). He explained all the elements of my sleep study in words I could understand. I felt as if I was his only patient and all that mattered was my care and comfort.

Dr. Pollock seemed unaware of my heart specialist's notes in My Chart regarding my improvement in heart function.
