Dr.Ogan was very knowledgeable about my problem and very kind in communicating solutions and he listened well.

Dr Ogan clearly explained all the pros and cons of prostate surgery and satisfactorily answered all my questions. He helped me form an opinion on the best course of action to address my particular prostate cancer situation. In addition, he referred me to a specific doctor in the Radiation Oncology Dept of Emory University Hospital,

Once he arrived, the doctor was very informative and professional. He explained everything very thoroughly.

My visit with Dr probably was less than 5 minutes and he didn't even do an exam. He asked me why I was there and explained issues about pain, urinary symptoms and other concerns but without any questioning he said I don't know what your pain is. He corrected me and said I was there for lesion on my kidney - so he only focused on that but didn't help with the other stuff or even tell me what to do when my primary care referred me to urology for the problems. He did a urine test and I didn't get the results from him but he said based on what it said is how we would proceed. We ended up leaving all confused and then I got the message from mychart about the labs with 3 things abnormal. I went back and asked and the patient care rep said that the doctor said everything looks great. However, three things were abnormal and the lab in mychart said team had not reviewed it yet.
