Jamie Dickie shows concern for my questions and always seeks answers to them. She is professional and compassionate in her care. When my request for an appointment was finally directed to her, she answered promptly. She is aware of my problems getting through to Dr Galloway's office and has tried to address them. The problem does not lie with her but through scheduling in the portal. It is a problem that needs to be corrected.

Doctor explained the future very well for possible Surgery and the next steps to take toward Possible Surgery.

Jamie is awesome. She is always down to earth, thorough, and answers my questions.

She really explained to me about my TPN.

She was really concerned about my diet. Changing my lifestyle.

It was the absolute worse appointment I've had in years! She was 30 minutes late, hadn't read the referral or the chart and wasted my time only for the referring Physician to have to contact her then she finally decided to refer me to a general surgeon for yet another appointment to finally and hopefully get this surgery scheduled this year! Horrible care received at both my January 2025 appointments w/Emory Providers!

I left feeling extremely optimistic about my future surgery and the competence of this team.
