The Dr and his care provider's was very thorough about the patient care.

Again, the young man that came in to examine me before Dr Joeng was VERY attentive and kind. Not sure if he was a PA, or NP. I thought I remember him saying he too was a doctor but I could be wrong. At any rate he was a great part of my overall experience. Dr Joeng has been EXTREMELY kind since day 1. Love this team!

Provider was upfront stating that my reason for this appointment was not what he usually deals with. But I did get a 360 xray done to image my jaw/palate so he could make a decision about my need for any further care, and I did appreciate that.

I like DrJeong as a physician but communication is POOR. Left messages on portal with no response to review CT SCAN results. Dr Jeong finally called me, but unfortunately missed his call. I Requested a call back to discuss plan and review questions and it never happened from him or staff. The person that scheduled my procedure was rude and I had to call multiple times to set up my appointment. Overall not a great experience and improvement in this office is needed.

Dr. Jeong was not able to help me because he hadn't received a dentist's plan (someone failed to forward it). But he did name a few options that might be available to me, which I really appreciated knowing. Dr. Jeong was very personable.

Everyone is great but I'm having difficulty getting the clinic to send electronic prescriptions to my pharmacy. Refills were discussed during the visit but the prescriptions were not sent to the pharmacy. Entered a note in my chart 24 hours ago and still the RX wasn't sent

Dr Jeong explanations were clear and he answered questions about my concerns. Like Dr Patel he did not seem rushed and took time to explain as he made his assessment.

Provider gave a tentative surgery date. Unable to confirm date because the scheduler wasn't available. I did not receive pre-surgery instructions. Need to make personal arrangements so a concrete date and information would be helpful

Dr. Jeong is great - very patient and willing to field my questions with clear explanations. But waiting two hours to be seen has really turned me off.

Really like dr Jeong nd his team. He is smart, easy to talk to and related well to my 22 year old son

The doctor did very well at providing me with choices and the outcomes of each one. I WISH that the doctor came to visit me BEFORE all of the procedures that were commenced, as the nurses said he would. If he did so, I would have been able to avoid the hours of my time that were wasted.
