Personally, since last year when I met the dr. I really liked her treatment, she is a tremendous professional, listens carefully to all questions and is very good at her job.

Having more thanks, 30 appointments for day could be difficult for only one doctor. But honestly is something I can't control and also is not a reason to speed the appointment and take care of me in 3 minutes. I felt I didn't have a chance to express my self because questions that I had was interrupted with a "is normal, you're pregnant" answer. I know I'm pregnant more than everyone around me. But that's not the explication that I'm looking for. Is my first pregnancy and I want to express myself and get a better explication about my symptoms so I can feel secure of my progress

Dr. Russell was wonderful. Somehow her office was the most efficient office I've ever been to and she still spent more time talking with me and answering questions than almost any other doctor I've ever been to. She was wonderful.

I've been having occasional pain, especially when lifting after delivery, informed the doctor but she did not do a pelvic/perineal exam to check healing. She only asked me a few questions and let me go. If the plan was to just ask questions they could have done a telehealth appointment. I drove and hour and half without pelvic exam

Provider very tunnel visioned and passive. Despite an 11 pounds weight loss in under 2 weeks, dehydration from severe nausea and vomiting, provider opted to add more medications and did not do any labs or urine ketones to assess the severity of dehydration that can affect pregnancy outcome. Despite being 39 years old with multiple miscarriages the provider took a very passive approach of waiting and watching rather that escalating to maternal fetal medicine or other high risk providers.

Dr. Dawn Russel was AMAZING! I've lived in Georgia for over 20 years and regret having just learned about her. Like many others in this digital era, I went down a medical rabbit hole, in which she pulled me out and set the record straight. I appreciate her ability to balance candor and compassion equally. She's everything I've ever needed from a GYN.

Dr. Russell is smart, kind, cool, and disarming. She makes you want to sit and chat with her all day (which I know she can't do given doctors' schedules). I feel so lucky to have found such an experienced and approachable and up to date doctor. There are many providers out there who are simply not up to date on the science of menopause treatment options and women's overall health. She is a gem.

In a great deal of pain- originally provider did not want to do a pelvic exam until I requested it- no rule out of bladder issues via UA US was discussed as a later option, cbc done, but felt generally dismissed when BP was 154/93. Nothing suggested except over the counter medications and heating packs as pelvic exam was normal in professional opinion. Woke up next morning in more pain, went to urgent care and got US ordered which confirmed my suspicion with finding of cysts. Still awaiting to hear what the next steps are and still in pain. Messages sent through portal, but remain unanswered hours later

Great discussion with doctor about my concerns. She was thoughtful and explained a lot to me. I learned a lot and left feeling well informed about my concerns.
