Primary care dr is competent regarding medical knowledge, creating a partner-like approach and has good emotional intelligence (puts much effort in making sure the patient feels understood). P.S. She is a great role model for physicians - most physicians need more help in creating the right Doctor-patient interactions and could learn a lot from bring trained by her.
