I don't know it's just Care provider issue or an issue with the entire Emory organization but it's such a huge bureaucracy that takes enormous amounts of time and energy to get anything accomplished with you people you were just a business organization that really has a very mild commitment to healthcare you're all about your pockets and making sure they're filled deep

She had been in discussion with a physician concerning my MRI and some of the concerns she had. It was decided between them, I needed another MRI for a more precise reading. That appt was set up before I left as well as my next visit with physician. Good conversationl

Still awaiting the prescription she was to order. No note in My Chart to indicate whether or not it has been sent.

I have seen several medical providers, but none like Mrs. Chaffo. Her professionalism is absolutely impeccable. She took the time to listen to me from start to finish, without judgment!! Her skills and knowledge is UNMATCHED!!

My sister accompanied me to my appointment and sat in my appointment with my consent. She has a need for quality orthopedic services. Here plan is to setup an appointment.

I wasn't satisfied with assistance with pain management. The PA couldn't prescribed anything over OTC meds and had no option for me but to go to my primary. Did not give a detailed description of my diagnosis and reference me to an ankle specialist. I felt there should have been a doctor on-site. I realized the follow up appointment was with another PA so the same issue may occur.

She listened and answered all questions she explained everything in plain English . She made a stressful situaton a pleasuee

She did not put down stuff that was incorrect in my letters. I was not lifting weights, I bent over. I was not in a accident on the 8 May, it was 8 April. These things are incorrect I asked her to change my letter and she did not. Also I was in alot of pain and I was not given anything for pain. I have a procedure on the 3rd but until then I need something for pain.

Amanda was careful, thorough and helpful. I had done my part by getting the X-rays and meds started and all my information in order for her. She listened and helped make a plan for me.

Didn't get the feeling that she really cared about what she was doing. Assistant showed up with more feeling. Not good.

My care provider was extremely knowledgeable about what I was going through and wanted to help me even more and I couldn't ask for a better person to be in my life.
